How many times have you thought, “My life is out of balance!” We have many goals that we would like to accomplish, but there never seems to be enough time. After pushing ourselves to the extreme, we are left overwhelmed and exhausted. Developing self-confidence not only gives us the inner strength to accomplish all our goals, but it also brings stability to our mind and balance to our life. This class emphasizes the importance of balance and suggests how to maintain a confident attitude in whatever we are doing.
