Hatha Yoga with Linda Blake is a great way to improve your strength, posture and concentration. Linda has taught Hatha Yoga since 1986, and her classes are appropriate for adults of all ages. Teenagers are also welcome.

These classes are scheduled at Peace Hall on the corner of Grand Blvd. and Sims Lane.

Mondays: Beginner and Intermediate level, 5-6PM
Wednesdays: Intermediate and Advanced, 5-6PM
